Recall of ski climbing skins Ascension from Black Diamond

What we know so far
Black Diamond has issued a recall for certain batched of its Ascension nylon climbing skins.

The skins are recalled due to manufacturing issue that caused early glue failure (=the skins don’t stick anymore).

For affected models, check the table below. To verify if your product is affected you need a 4-digit date code which is stamped into the black aluminum piece at the tail side of the skin.
